Compressor JAC29/23C Direct Injection, Cummins Engine, Skid Mounted (23 Bar 1024 CFM)

1024 CFM • 23 Bar • Cummins power

The JAC29/23C is a high-pressure air compressor built to drive deep down-the-hole drilling. It puts out 29 m³/min of free air at a full 23 bar — enough to keep large-diameter DTH hammers hitting hard at depth, where lower-pressure machines run out of breath. When you are chasing water through hard rock, air is what gets the hole down, and this unit delivers it.

Double-stage screw, oil-cooled. Two-stage compression reaches 23 bar efficiently and runs cooler under sustained load, so the airend lasts longer through long production shifts. No fragile electronics — a proven screw package a competent mechanic can service in the field.

Cummins power, supported across Africa. A Cummins 6LTAA8.9-C360 diesel turns out 264 kW at 2200 rpm — a workhorse engine with parts and service available right across the continent, not an imported motor you wait months to fix. A 450-litre fuel tank keeps it running through a full day on a remote site.

Skid-mounted, ready to work. The heavy skid frame drops straight onto a truck deck or a compressor trailer and bolts down. Move it to site in one trip, couple your air line, and drill. Built rugged for African roads, dust and heat — the conditions our customers actually work in.

Pairs with Drillbuilders rigs running high-pressure DTH hammers — SAR150, SAR200, A200 and TT300 — or any deep borehole setup that needs 23 bar at the bit.
